Changelog

devsforfun.com is rebuilt from scratch. The site is now a single-page bento grid — one hub linking out to every venture, app, and open-source project the studio ships, ordered by how much attention each one deserves right now.

What changed

• A real bento grid. Ventures and apps each get a tile sized to their weight — large for the studio's active bets, square for the smaller apps — with a hover state borrowed from the studio's own PCB silkscreen marks.
• Direct outbound links on tiles. Each tile now carries a small "open in new tab" affordance straight to the live product, so visiting something doesn't require a detour through its detail page first.
• The work modal moved to shadcn's Dialog. The previous hand-rolled modal is gone in favor of Radix's accessible primitive, wired into the App Router's intercepting-route pattern so a direct link still lands on a full, crawlable /work/[slug] page.
• This changelog. Future launches, tile additions, and reworks get recorded here instead of living only in commit messages.

Why

The old site was a personal dev's homepage. This one is an organization's — it exists to point people at what devsforfun Studio has actually shipped, not to carry a personal narrative. The bento grid states that plainly: ventures first, apps second, open source last, in the order the studio wants attention spent.
